WasteXI uses dedicated software on the Tablet and PDA to perform various tasks, as well as also providing a cloud based portal with a web interface, and also a mobile app.

The tablet software is used for tracking bin pickups, as well as issuing and making reports about other factors that affect the shire. The simple interface means a truck driver can quickly report an issue with a few key strokes.
